Slick Designs terms and conditions

Superb Web designs will only start work when an agreement has been provided, Slick Designss will keep all the graphics coding, and a backup of the coding until the whole site is paid for, once the site is paid for we will no longer have the coding, and all graphics,illustrations etc will be sent over to you.

any images,data or copyright information will not be used for the website designing unless you can prove to us you have full permission to use the information/graphics provided.

A deposit of 40% will be required before any project will be started, and for database projects it will be 55%, as soon as the deposit has been sent our team will start on your project, and you will also have a link sent to the E-mail you contacted us from so you can see the progress being made on your website.

Any scripts created by Slick Designs will remain copyrighted, unless we agree to remove the copyright from your coding (this will only be taken into consideration if you are looking to sell your coding)

Payment/Refund A deposit is required before any product/service is started, it is Slick Designs policy to have the invoice paid in full within 60 working days, unless we have agreed on monthly installments for that product/service
